The program lasts for three weeks, with an optional fourth week.

• 1st Week Initial introduction and demonstrations of stone carving tools, techniques and equipment. Stone is selected and the form is roughed out. Visits to local marble and mosaic studios.
• 2nd Week Experimentation and exploration of tools and working methods continue as the sculpture progresses. The sculptural form is refined, and more visits and demonstrations at marble studios and a bronze foundry take place.
• 3rd Week Sculptures are finished and polished. Bases can be selected and sculptures mounted if necessary, and crates ordered for shipping. Visits to tool stores. Basic workshop ends.

Optional

• 4th Week The workshops can be extended on request on an individual basis, allowing for in depth continuation of the workshop before the next session begins.
